Three BMB students to receive First Honors Graduate Awards

In ArchNews this week and in the heart of Honors Week, President Jere Morehead recognized UGA's best and brightest students, "for students are central to the mission of the University of Georgia." Out of these students, three students representing Biochemistry and Molecular Biology were a part of those recognized: Nick Sorensen from the Schmidt lab for First Honor Graduate, Tiffany Sirmans from the Wood lab for First Honor Graduate, and Logan Ballard from the Hajduk lab for both First Honor Graduate and Presidential Award of Excellence.
